There are two ways to make an appointment with us. First, you are welcome to call either Deborah or Robert at
360 866 9297. We will be happy to answer your questions and schedule an appointment. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment through e-mail or snail mail.

Second, you can e-mail us at appointments@zeropointhealers.com . and we will be happy to schedule an appointment for you through e-mail correspondence.

In either case, we need you to bring a signed copy of the Consent for Treatment form, the Consent to Release Information form and the Disclosure form to your first appointment and please complete the Confidential Client Intake Form.
